CHOOSING A DISC
Always begin the first treatment with the white training disc. Start
on the hand or neck before moving to the face. This will help you
pracce before using a stronger disc.
Aer praccing with the white disc, move to the grey disc, which is
the most gentle. Use the small disc for the face and delicate areas
and the large disc for the body.
