GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Power:
• Input: 5v 2A, 9v 1.67A, 12v 1.5A, 19v 1.2A
• Output: 5v 1A, 9v 1.1A, 12v 1.25A
• Product standard: WPC-Qi V.1.2.4
• If input voltage < 4v the transmitter will stop working. When input voltage returns to specified range the transmitter
will resume normal operation.
Environmental:
• Storage: -20°C to 80°C (-4°F to 176°F)
• Operating: 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F)
Thermal Management:
Note that the wireless charging process will generate heat due to the very basic physics inherent with this process. To
manage excess heat buildup and to reduce the chance of device overheat please review the below best practices
when using the wireless charger:
• Try not to mount the device in direct sunlight
• Utilize nearby air vents or ducting to direct cool air onto the device
• Close unneeded background apps on the device
• Reduce the number of apps and connections running at the same time (Bluetooth, GPS, wifi, etc)
• Reduce screen brightness
• Do not use a thick protective case as this will contribute to heat buildup.
