RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE USE
CLEANING OF THE SPARK PLUG
1.Start the generator
2.Connect the red terminal to the positive pole of the battery
3.Connect the black terminal to the negative pole of the battery
4.Leave the battery connected till the complete charge
5.Disconnect the battery of the generator
6.Switch the generator off
WARNING! In the event that the generator is used at an altitude higher than 1000 meters, the
power output is reduced by 4% every 500 m increase.
WARNING! Before connecting any appliance, have familiarity with the Safety prescriptions men-
tioned above.
WARNING! Every appliance shall be applied once the engine starts.
WARNING! The power connected to the generator must not exceed the maximum power deliv-
ered and shown on technical data.
WARNING! Observe the maximum electrical power indicated on each plug.
WARNING! If the power connected to the generator coincide with the rated power, do not exceed
one hour of continuous operation.
WARNING! A continuous power connection is applicable to the 75% of rated power.
WARNING! The alternator has an overload protection. If the power excess, it could intervene to
protect the alternator. In case of protection, reduce the applied power and restore.
WARNING! Pay attention to the power factor of your appliance. Always calculate the power of
your appliance before connect to the generator.
Check every 3 months or 50 hours of functioning, and eventually replace.

Remove the cap and unscrew the spark plug with
the proper key
Inspect the spark plug and in case of any residues
were present, remove with a wire brush. If the
electrode was excessively worn or the insulation
damaged, replace the spark plug.
Replace the spark plug by hand. Screw with wrench
about ¼ turn with an used spark plug; about ½ turn
with a new spark plug.
Measure the distance between the electrodes, which
must be between 0.7 and 0.8 mm
