Why is water coming out of my POLTI FOREVER 675 ECO PRO instead of steam?

  If water is coming out of the POLTI Steam iron's soleplate instead of steam, it could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure that the Vaporella has reached the correct pressure, indicated by the ready steam lamp being OFF. Wait for the indicator lights to show that the required temperature and pressure have been reached. Also, check the temperature knob on the iron; if it's set to the minimum, adjust it to a medium or maximum setting. If it's the first time you're releasing steam, release it onto a cloth until steam consistently comes out from the soleplate holes.

  If steam isn't coming out of your POLTI Steam iron's soleplate, there are a few things to check: * Make sure the appliance is powered on and that both the power ON-OFF and boiler buttons are activated. * Ensure the water tank is filled. * If the indicator lights are off, press the increase steam button “+”.

  If you notice water under your POLTI Steam iron, the boiler cap may not be screwed on properly, or the seal of the boiler cap might be damaged. Try unscrewing and then re-screwing the boiler cap. If the seal is damaged, it needs to be replaced.

  If only a little steam comes from your POLTI Steam iron's soleplate, it could be because the steam regulation knob is set to the minimum. Try increasing the steam flow by adjusting the steam regulation knob to a medium or maximum value. Also, keep in mind that if the steam is dry, it might be barely visible but still present and effective, which is normal, especially in certain environmental conditions.
