What to do if my POLTI Steam Cleaner is not producing steam?

If your POLTI Steam Cleaner isn't producing steam, it could be due to two reasons. First, the water tank might be empty. To fix this, disconnect the appliance from the mains, refill the water tank, wait approximately 15 seconds, and then try using the appliance again. Second, ensure that the appliance has been disconnected from the mains.
