Product, please DO NOT return the product to the place of purchase. All warranty claims must
be made directly to Polygroup

You may be asked to return all or part of the product for inspection and/or repair. Do not return any product to Polygroup
®
without a Return
Merchandise Authorization number.

BEFORE USE
1. Be sure this item is at room temperature before inflating.
2. Keep away from heat, rough surfaces, and all sharp objects.
1. Keep the assembly and installation instructions for further reference.
2. Keep out of baby’s reach.
3. The product is not a life-saving device.
4. Do not leave child unattended while device is in use.
5. The product must be assembled/disassembled by adult.
6. Area of placement must be flat and even and free of sharp.
7. Outdoor use. Only for domestic use.
8. Do not install over concrete, asphalt or any other hard surface.
9. Only place item on the level surface at least 2m from any structure or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house , overhanging branches,
laundry lines or electrical wires. Check no debris underneath that could cause puncture.
The limited warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Original Purchaser must retain proof of such purchase in the form of an original
store sales receipt and must produce such upon request by Polygroup
®
or its designated agents. Warranty claims cannot be processed without a
valid proof of purchase. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is limited solely to the repair or replacement
of the product, to be decided in Polygroup
®
’s sole discretion. This Warranty will be declared invalid should the Purchaser modify or repair the
product themselves or by unauthorized persons; use non-Polygroup
®
parts or accessories with the product; use the product in contravention of the
manufacturer’s Instructions; use improper voltage; abuse the product in any way; or through accident or negligence. Normal wear-and-tear is not
covered under this Warranty, nor are acts of God outside the control of Polygroup
®
.
