Why is the performance of my Pontec PondoTronic UVC 7 not satisfactory?

If the performance of your Pontec Pond Pump isn't satisfactory, it could be due to several reasons. First, remove algae and leaves from the pond if the water is extremely soiled. You might also need to replace the water. If the quartz glass is soiled, clean it. Also, the UVC lamp might need replacing after 8000 operating hours, or the flow rate may be too high, so reduce the pump capacity.
