Pool Boy® Stand Height
Remove the motor and idler stand covers. The covers are held in place by three screws. Using the 5/16”
wr
ench, remove bolts that attach motor case to stand. Position motor / gearbox assembly at the desired
height. Insert and tighten bolts. Care must be taken not to over tighten the motor mount bolts.
Position hub on the idler stand to the same height. Using two 7/16” wrenches, remove bolts that attach
the idler hub and position hub to match the motor stand hub location. Reinstall bolts and tighten.
Leave the motor stand cover off. Install the idler stand cover, if desired.
