Verify pool dimensions and pit, ensuring they match the order specifications.
Defines the calculation for Track Length (TL) based on pool dimensions.
Specifies the required length for the pocket profile relative to TL.
Install the pocket profile ensuring it is flush with the inner pit wall.
Pocket profile must be installed parallel, with a tolerance of 20mm.
Ensure the TT dimension (track groove to track groove) matches the ordered specification.
Install pocket profile and end wall insert first, then complete pool finishing.
Ensure the pocket profile is clean and free of debris before installation.
Mount the guide on the track and attach the guide plate or bracket to the mechanism.
Install the under track with guide and bracket, noting bracket's role in mechanism positioning.
Fix the mechanism front, bottom, and back, ensuring correct depth of 430mm.
Ensure the mechanism is installed level and in line with the tracks.
Install Lid-brackets and Lid-bracket End-set before the roll-up tube.
Install lid brackets according to lid joints, distributing remainder along the pit back wall.
Fix the roll-up tube to shafts using rubber pads, washers, and screws.
Center the roll-up tube and secure it by tightening lock rings on both sides.
Unfold cover canvas behind pit with plastic gliders on top (correct side up).
Unwind ropes carefully from the reel, preventing twisting for optimal performance.
Pull the rope through tracks, around the pulley, and back to the pit.
Insert glider through guide, fix top of guide, ensure all screws are tight.
Place cover into leading bar groove and fix leading bar to glider-bracket.
Manually pull the cover onto the pool to complete the leading bar installation.
Install power pack, connect hoses, fill tank with specified oil, and run for 3 minutes.
Find centers of tube and cover, attach center of canvas, then the rest of the canvas.
Roll the cover onto the roll-up tube after securing the canvas.
Pull ropes through pulleys and equalizer as per diagram.
Connect the ropes to the rope drum to finalize rope installation.
Install lid brackets and the lid according to the specific components provided.
