What to do if my Pooxtra PXA500PSW Inverter has no AC output and is beeping?
    • E
      Erika BowmanAug 8, 2025
If your Pooxtra Inverter shows no AC output, the load level bar is flashing, and a buzzer is sounding, it's likely due to an overload or short circuit. First, reduce the load or disconnect the appliance causing the overload. Check for and remove any shorts in the wiring. To reset the inverter, switch it OFF, wait 3 minutes, and then switch it back ON after addressing the cause of the overload or short circuit. Note that models with remote control cannot be reset using the remote's ON/OFF button; you must use the switch on the inverter itself.

How to fix Pooxtra PXA500PSW Inverter over temperature shutdown?
    • M
      Mark RobertsAug 12, 2025
If your Pooxtra Inverter has shut down due to over temperature, indicated by the illuminated symbol t, no AC output, and a buzzer alarm, the inverter will remain off until manually reset. To reset it, switch the inverter OFF, wait 15 minutes, and then switch it back ON. Before reusing the inverter, identify and eliminate the cause of the over temperature.

What to do if Pooxtra Inverter shuts down due to low DC input voltage?
    • K
      Kristy MunozAug 16, 2025
If your Pooxtra Inverter shuts down because of low DC input voltage, indicated by the illuminated symbol v, a red flashing battery level bar, and a buzzer, take these steps: 1. Use thicker wires between the battery and the inverter and tighten all DC input circuit connections. 2. Check the battery's internal resistance and remove sulfation by equalizing the battery or replace the battery.

Why isn't my motorized power tool operating at the correct speed with my Pooxtra Inverter?
    • W
      Wendy RobinsonAug 21, 2025
If your motorized power tool isn't operating at the correct speed with the Pooxtra Inverter, it's likely due to a purely inductive load with higher reactive power. To resolve this, make the load not purely inductive by operating an incandescent lamp at the same time as the motor. This will reduce the reactive power and raise the power factor so that the Soft Start Circuit is not activated.

What to do if my motorized power tool won't start with my Pooxtra PXA500PSW?
    • D
      delgadoanitaAug 26, 2025
If your motorized power tool won't start with the Pooxtra Inverter, it's likely drawing excessive power. In this case, the appliance is not compatible with the inverter.

Why Pooxtra Inverter has no AC output and the LED display is off?
    • M
      manningcherylAug 30, 2025
If your Pooxtra Inverter has no AC output, the LED display is off, and there is no buzzer alarm, it indicates a loss of DC input power to the inverter. Check the DC side wire connections and fuses or contact Technical Support.

How to shut down Pooxtra PXA500PSW with remote control?
    • M
      Mark HallSep 3, 2025
