Locating a sanding band
1 Loosen the screw
on the top of the
sanding drum with
the wrench.
2 Slide the sanding
band onto the sanding
drum.
Tighten the screw
with the wrench
until the sanding
band is secured.
Locating a felt wheel
1 Screw mandrel
end to align with the
center of felt wheel.

Apply slight pressure
and screw into place in
clockwise direction.
