      Joseph GutierrezAug 1, 2025
If your Porcher toilet is leaking, it could be due to a poor supply line connection. Review steps 8a and 8b of the installation procedure. Alternatively, there might be a poor bowl to tank/floor connection. In this case, review steps 4 through 6 of the installation procedure.

Why does my Porcher toilet not flush?
    • E
      Erin PruittAug 9, 2025
Your Porcher toilet might not flush because the water supply valve is closed. In this case, open the valve and allow water to fill the tank. Another reason could be a blocked supply line; shut off the water supply, disconnect the supply line, inspect all gaskets and washers, and reassemble. Also, a flush valve chain that is too loose or disconnected can prevent flushing, so readjust the chain length as required. Finally, sand or debris lodged in the water control can cause this issue; shut off the water supply, remove the cap, and clean.

Why is my Porcher toilet flush weak?
    • L
      Luis PittsAug 13, 2025
A poor or sluggish flush in your Porcher toilet can occur for several reasons. The bowl water level might be too low; check that the refill tube is connected to the water control and inserted into the tank overflow without being kinked or damaged. The supply valve could be partly closed; open the supply valve fully and ensure that the proper supply tube size is used. A partially clogged trapway, drain pipe, or vent can also cause this; remove the obstruction, and consult a plumber if necessary. Low supply pressure (below 20 psi) can also be a factor. Lastly, a flush valve chain that is too tight, holding the flush valve open, can cause a weak flush; readjust the chain length as needed.

What to do if Porcher toilet does not shut off?
    • D
      Deanna MaldonadoAug 18, 2025
If your Porcher toilet does not shut off, it could be due to a leaking or deformed flush valve seal. Try cleaning debris from the seal surface, and replace the flush valve seal if needed. Another possible cause is sand or debris lodged in the water control. To resolve this, shut off the water supply, remove the cap, and clean.

Why does my Porcher toilet fill valve turn on and off by itself?
    • J
      Joe ScottAug 22, 2025
If the fill valve in your Porcher toilet turns off and on during periods of non-use, it could be because the end of the refill tube is inserted into the overflow pipe below the water level in the tank. To fix this, attach the refill tube to the overflow pipe using the 'S' clip provided.

What to do if Porcher toilet flush valve is leaking?
    • M
      Mark JordanAug 27, 2025
If the flush valve in your Porcher toilet is leaking, it might be worn, dirty, or misaligned with the tank ball or flapper. Replace it with a new flapper.
