Ensure you are using the recommended fastener sizes; using the wrong size can cause jams. Bent fasteners should be discarded immediately. Also, verify that all magazine nose screws are tightened. A broken or chipped driver can also cause this issue, so consider replacing the driver and checking the piston O-ring.

Another potential cause is a dry or dirty magazine; try cleaning and lubricating it with Air Tool Lubricant. Finally, a worn magazine might be the culprit, so consider replacing the magazine.
