  The Poulan Pro Portable Generator might fail to start due to several reasons: the engine switch may be OFF (turn it ON); there might be no fuel (fill the fuel tank); the oil level could be low (check and fill if necessary); the spark plug might be in poor condition (replace it); fuel might not be reaching the carburetor (clean the fuel sediment cup); or the fuel valve might be in the OFF position (move it to the ON position).
