Assembly notes :
Fasteners provided to assemble machine:
(56) 3/8"X3/4" Flange Bolts
(4) 3/8"X4" Bolts
Tools required (Not Included):
- 9/16" Open-End Wrench
- 9/16" Socket
- 4 ft ladder (recommended)
Note: When assembling unit DO NOT tighten
any fasteners until specified.

Base Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach Left Base

Connect the left base (1) to the K brace (10) using flange bolts.

Step 2: Attach Right Base

Connect the right base (2) to the K brace (10) using flange bolts.

Upright Assembly Steps

Step 3: Attach Left Rear Upright

Assemble the left rear upright (3) to the left base (1) using flange bolts.

Step 4: Attach Right Rear Upright

Chin Bar and Weight Storage Installation

Step 9: Install Chin Bar

Attach the chin bar (7) to the top of both rear uprights (3, 4) using flange bolts.

Step 14: Final Tightening

Tighten all previously installed bolts from the bottom to the top of the unit.
