      If the AC input and DC output of your Power Saver Battery Charger are normal, but the LED display and charging mode are abnormal, begin by inspecting the connections at CN2, CN3, and CN7. Next, check components Q9 and Q10, as well as diodes D34 through D38. Replace any of these components if they are faulty.

      If your Power Saver Battery Charger shows a normal AC input but the LED display is off, you should: * Check the input fuse F2. If it's blown, proceed with the checkpoints. * Inspect components Q1 through Q6, resistors R8, R12, R35, and R36, diodes D3, D4, D6, and D33, and capacitors C3 and C4. After verifying that these components are in good condition, reinstall the F2 fuse, ensuring it's the same type and rating.
