Why won't my PowerBoss Floor Machine engine start or runs roughly after start?

There could be several reasons why your PowerBoss Floor Machine engine won't start or runs roughly. It could be due to a dead battery (recharge or replace the battery), the machine being out of fuel (refuel), a plugged fuel filter (clean or replace the filter), a broken or obstructed fuel line (blow it out with compressed air), or a dirty air filter (clean or replace the air filter). Also check if the tank valve is not fully opened (open the valve slowly), the fuel tank type does not match fuel supply (use the correct tank type for the fuel supply), the fuel tank and lines are covered with frost (open shut-off valve slowly to ¼ open, start), or a defective vacuum lock-off (replace or repair).
