What to do if the motor turns but does not drive the POWERHANDLING PowerPallet 2000?

  If the motor of your POWERHANDLING Industrial Equipment turns but the pallet-jack isn't moving, first check if the drive-wheel is off the ground. If it is, adjust the screw-jack to lower the drive-wheel. Also, verify that the drive-spring is correctly installed; if it's not, install it properly.
