      If the pedal resistance on your unit seems too high, gently turn the equipment and lay it on its back. Locate the resistance bolt (Part#27) on the bottom, put the resistance lever in the “Fast” position, and loosen the bolt one full turn counter-clockwise. Then, turn the unit over, move the resistance lever from fast to slow and back to fast, and gently move the pedals from side to side. This will set the unit’s resistance to a lower level.
