c) Turn the pulling pole of the air-blocking valve to the āCLOSEā position
Note: when the engine is hot or the environmental temperature is relatively high,
do not use the starter.
d) Pull the starting hold (fig. A) slightly until you feel the pressure, then
release the hold slowly by hand.
Look out
Do not let the starting hold (Fig. A) rebound, and release it slowly by hand.
