What to do if my Powersmart Drill will not start?
- TTimothy GarciaJul 29, 2025
If your Powersmart Drill isn't starting, several factors could be at play. First, check the battery pack. It might not be charged; if equipped, look at the battery charge condition lights to see its status and charge if necessary. Ensure the battery pack is correctly installed, locked, and secured to the tool. Also, the battery pack temperature could be too hot or cold; let it sit for a few minutes to reach normal operating temperature. Finally, a burned-out switch could be the culprit, in which case you should replace it with a switch provided by POWERSMART.
