Regularly check that the tip hole, where the wire comes out, is not excessively worn as this would lead to poor electric
contact with the wire. Replace the tip if it is not in good condition.
Prevent the torch hoses from rubbing against sharp objects which could cause a short circuit. Replace the hose if cuts are
observed.
