Ensure you're using the correct Prebena nails; if not, empty the magazine and reload it with the right ones. Insufficient lubrication could also be the culprit; add Prebena special nailer oil into the compressed air port and fire the tool a few times. Also, ensure that the working pressure is adequate, increase it if needed.
