13. Attach the ends of the Lower Hopper Side Tubes to the inside of the Upper Side Tubes using two 08x25
Clevis Pins, insert them from the inside and secure with two Hitch Pins Clips. See Figure 13.
14. Insert the Bag Frame Strap into the stitched sleeve along the front edge of the bag bottom. Attach the
Bag Frame Strap to the Lower Hopper Side Tubes using two M6x30 Bolts and two M6 Nylock Nuts. See
Figure 14.
