Questions Answers
What is my warranty?
The warranty obligations for this product are limited to the terms in
a separate warranty card. Due to the requirement differences from
different country, the warranty maybe different in your region. Check your
warranty card for the most accurate detail information.
What is the endurance
of this scooter?
With 80 kg of adults riding, 100% of the electricity with 10.5Ah battery
pack can reach 25km at speed around 16km/h. The endurance will vary
depending on factors such as load, environment and the aging of battery.
How often do I need to
charge the battery?
You can charge the battery at any time you want; it does not have to be
fully charged all the time; it is recommended to charge the battery until
the 4 indicators are lit when you want to store it for a long period of time.
How to charge the
battery, and what is the
voltage?
For the charging method, please refer to the description of Chapter 5. ;
Our genuine original universal charger accepts AC100v~240v input
and provide safety feature to avoid over charge. Do not use normal
transformer or other unspecied charger to charge the battery.
What is the maximum
load? Can this product
be use in the rain?
The maximum is 100 kg. For your safety, it is not recommended to drive
in the rain. If the environment is too humid, it may be prone to slippage
and loss of control, resulting in accidents. In addition, the lifespan will be
reduced and the damage may occur due to moisture. Wipe off the water
stains and place them in a dry area to extend product life.
Can I change the display
setting from Km/h to
MPH? or the effect of the
back light?
Yes, you may.
1. Press the “+”&”-” button to enter engineer setting mode,
2. Press “ ” button to select from P01~P03. P01 changes the back light
effect, P02 changes the speed unit, P03 indicates designed voltage.
3. To chang the setting, press the +/- to select.
4. long press “ ” botton again to save and exit the setting menu.
Audible warning alarm: (Equiped ONLY in specied region)
If there are problems might cause scooter malfunction, the scooter alarm will sound. On this chart,
“ ” means long beep, “ ” means short beep. Please provide such information to your local dealer,
and DO NOT ride the scooter until the problems been solve.
