I. Simple Tension Calibration:
Read the tensions you have written on the paper, if your electronic tensioner is pulling
tension inaccurately - all over or lower than the tension setting, it may need to be adjusted
by rotating the Calibration Screw located on the side of the tensioner.
Step 1:
Set the tension at 5 KG (or 11 LB) and use a calibrator and press the tension switch to
pull its string. Test the machine’s tension is identical to the calibrator’s tension or not.
Step 2:
Remember the tension shown on the calibrator.
And, then release the string by pressing the tension switch.
Step 3:
If the calibrator’s tension reading is higher than the machine’s, turn the Calibration Screw
clockwise by 3 mm wrench to decrease the tension. (Oppositely, if the calibrator’s
tension is lower than the machine’s, turn the Calibration Screw counterclockwise to
increase the tension.). After adjustment, press the tension switch again and then check
if the machine’s tension is identical to the calibrator’s tension or not. Repeat this
procedure until the correct tension - 5 KG (or 11 LB) is attained on the calibrator and
then go for the next calibration 10 KG (or 22 LB).
