What to do if “Ice Full” and “Add Water” lights are on together on Prepology PPICE103-TOMATO?
If both the “Ice Full” and “Add Water” indicators light up together on your Prepology Ice Maker, it could be due to an electrical power surge, air in the lines, blocked lines, or the water tank not detecting the water level. Try the following: 1. Turn off the ice maker and unplug it. 2. If needed, fill it with water. 3. Plug it back in and restart the unit. Alternatively, inspect the parts, remove the drain cap on the back to drain a small amount of water, replace the cap, and try again. Also, check if ice is blocking the ice pusher; if so, turn off the unit, let the ice melt, and restart.
