5. Do not let power cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any
manner. Return the appliance to the Presto Factory Service Department for examination, repair, or adjustment.
7. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries. Use only genuine Presto

accessories and replacement parts.
8. Avoid contact with moving parts.
9. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
10. Turn the appliance OFF, then unplug the power cord from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts,
and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the power supply and pull from the outlet. Never pull from the power cord.
11. Unplug the power cord from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts,
and before cleaning the appliance.
12. Do not use outdoors.
13. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
