• Always keep the ventilation slots clean and free of obstruction
to guarantee the proper motor cooling.
• Inspect regularly all the mounting screws and double check the
screws are tight. If any of the screws is loose tighten immediately.
• Once a week clean inside the air filter (B) using compressed air.
After 50 hours use replace the filter.
• After working the compressor 16 hours open the drain valve (C)
to eliminate condensation water stored inside the tank.
• After each use disconnect the compressor and release air
pressure from the tank. Pull the pressure release valve ring (E).
• Any other type of service or repairs in the compressor
shall only be carried out in a
Authorized Service Center. Service and maintenance
carried put by non-qualified people may turn dangerous
and cause severe personal injuries and makes the
Warranty void.
Cleaning and Care
Service
• After the first 50 hours of operation change oil. Remove
the drain cap (A). Set the cap back and fill-up with oil as
indicated in page 7 (Oil). The later oil changes shall be
carried out every 150 hours’ work.
