  If your scooter doesn't move when you engage the throttle control lever, it might be because the manual freewheel lever is pushed forward, which disengages the brakes and cuts power to the motor/transaxle assembly. To fix this, push backward on the manual freewheel lever, turn the scooter off and then turn the scooter on to return to normal scooter operation.

  If the manual freewheel lever is in the freewheel (forward) position, turn the scooter key to the off position. Push the freewheel lever to the drive (backward) position, then restart your scooter.
