NOTE: The following information is in addition to the information in the owner’s manual provided

with your chair. It explains how to use the VivaLift® with Tilt. You must read the owner’s manual

and all supplemental information before use. Please retain this information for your records, and

contact your provider with any questions.

HAND CONTROL

The illustrations reﬂect those hand controls with the highest level of functionality. The hand control you

receive may have fewer options, but basic functionality is the same.

1. USB PORT

Use to connect to/charge USB enabled devices.

NOTE: iPhone users must use ONLY MFI-

certiﬁed cables when charging iPhone devices.

WARNING: Do not attempt to stand up until you can stand safely, are steady on your feet, and can bear weight. Assistance aids or an attendant are recommended for enhanced stability. Avoid putting all weight on armrests for support.

Cup Holders:

If equipped, ensure cup holders are empty before elevating the chair to a standing position or tilting it.
WARNING: Contents may shift or spill. Remove all contents to prevent personal injury or property damage. Never place lit tobacco products or use cup holders as ashtrays.

Wireless Charger:

Place a compatible smartphone screen-up on the charging surface.
NOTE: The smartphone must lie flat. A phone case may need to be removed.
WARNING: Remove the smartphone before elevating the chair to prevent it from shifting or falling. Do not leave the smartphone or any other item in the retractable arm when closing it to avoid injury or product damage. Never place items other than a smartphone, liquids, food, ashtrays, or lit tobacco products on the wireless charger.
