Grill
The grill is located on the cooking compart-
ment ceiling. It is used to quickly brown dish-
es and cook them au gratin.
– Food to be grilled with a short cooking time
should be grilled with this function. With the
combination function (microwave + grill),
this dish would be cooked before it be-
comes sufficiently browned.
– Use the grill for the following: steaks, cut-
lets, sausages or to brown sandwiches or
gratins.
Microwave combi mode:
Microwave + grill
Using the multifunction mode of the micro-
wave and grill, you can cook quickly and also
achieve an attractive crust. This shortens
preparation times enormously.
The combination of grill and microwave is
well suited for:
– Gratins, casseroles
– Fish
– Thicker pieces of meat with a higher fat
content
– Poultry (chicken, duck, turkey)
– Baked potatoes
– Baked toasts
– gratinated soups.
Convection mode
In convection mode, a fan ensures even heat
distribution. Convection mode is perfect for
baking cakes, dehydrating and toasting sand-
wiches, etc.
The benefits are:
– Preheating is almost redundant.
– The temperature can be set lower.
– Combi mode: Microwave + convection
– Using the microwave and grill combi mode,
you can cook and bake quickly at the same
time. This mode also shortens preparation
times enormously.
– The combination of microwave and con-
vection is well suited for:
– Cakes, bread, rolls
– Gratins, casseroles
– Fish
– Baked toasts
– gratinated soups.
