The cooking com-
partment lighting
does not work.
The lamp is defective. Contact our service team (see chapter
„Service“ on page GB-26).
The rotary plate is
not turning at all
or is not turning
properly.
The rotary plate is not
mounted correctly on the
drive.
Insert the rotary plate correctly.
The cooking compartment
floor is dirty.
Clean the cooking compartment floor
thoroughly.
Scratching, drag-
ging noises in the
cooking compart-
ment.
The rotary plate is not turn-
ing properly.
Insert the rotary plate correctly.
The food container is too
large or is inserted incorrect-
ly.
The food container may not extend be-
yond the edge of the rotary plate.
Exploding, pop-
ping noises in the
cooking compart-
ment.
The food is being cooked
or defrosted with too much
power and is bursting open.
Abort the process and restart the appli-
ance at a lower power level.
Other noises or
flashes in the
cooking compart-
ment.
Sparks are produced - metal
in the cooking compartment!
Pull out the mains plug immediately or
isolate the fuse and remove the metal
parts.
The food is
cooked unevenly.
The food was not turned
enough or stirred.
Stir or turn the food and keep warming up
for a short while.
The food is not
warm enough.
Power or time is set too low. Keep warming up the food for a short
while in the microwave.
The food was very cold
when inserting in the micro-
wave.
The food container is not
suitable if it gets hotter than
the food.
Use a suitable container.
The device pro-
duces odours.
This happens when the tu-
bular heating elements are
used for the first time.
See chapter ‘Initially heating up the appli-
ance’.
The door or the
viewing window
gets steamed up.
Moisture is escaping from
the food. This is normal.
Wipe up the moisture after operation.
