Use only the cutting device supplied by the manufacturer. Any other knives
or blades are PROHIBITED.
This brushcutter is intended only for mowing grass, cutting bushes,
branched shrubs and bundles of plants.
* Make sure the brushcutter is perfectly balanced (motor and cutting
device). The cutting device must be parallel to the ground.
* Add gas several times without picking up full speed and starting work to
make sure everything works properly.
* Only if the head with nylon string or a three-fluted knife has completely
stopped the rotation, you can move to the working area by holding the tool
so that the cutting device is below the waist and further away from the
body. Make sure there are no people, animals or anything else within a 15
meter radius.
Stand firmly on both feet to maintain your balance.
Mowing grass
Mow the grass as if you were in a corridor 1.5 meters wide, move step by
step, and tilt the tool alternately to the right and left. At each step, make
sure that you stand firmly on both feet and keep your balance. If you use a
three-fluted grass knife, always mow from the right to the left and leave a
row of mowed grass on the left for easy grabbing and cleaning.
If possible, remove stones from the ground, even small piles of clay, small
pieces of wood and anything that may be hidden or poorly visible in the
grass. If you accidentally hit a large object or blocked the cutting device
due to overload, or if the cutting device is wound with grass or other
material, you must: reduce the engine speed to idle speed and turn off the
engine by pressing the STOP button on the handle. (It is necessary to wait
until the cutting tool stops by inertia.)
Put the brushcutter on the ground and make sure that the cutting device
is not damaged — the teeth are not broken, the knife has no cracks. If
necessary, replace the cutting device. If the grass is just wound, remove it
and clean the cutting device. Use gloves during this operation.
Always wear protective gloves and press the STOP button during this
operation.
If 2 nylon strings are too short, add gas slightly and hit the ground with the
nylon string head lightly. 2 nylon strings will automatically stretch and cut
to the desired length. Repeat this step if necessary.
Proper use of a three-fluted knife
If you use a brushcutter, all safety systems and components should be in
order and functioning.
Using a three-fluted knife can result in a dangerous backhand if you do not
comply with these mandatory safety standards.
Read the sketch on this page carefully. If you cut a small tree, you always
should hold the cutting device in the <<A>> position.
You can use the <<B>> position only if you hold the tool very firmly. Not
recommend.
The position <<NO>> is prohibited as it may cause injury and danger to
people, animals and objects. Never use this position (Pic. 6).
All safety devices and safety components must be maintained in good
working condition.
During assembly, repair and cleaning, the engine must be completely
stopped.
The <<STOP>> button must be pressed.
During operation, the bushcutter transmits vibration to the person using it.
This vibration can cause increased fatigue. For this reason, we recommend
taking regular breaks while working. The tool is equipped with a device
that suppresses vibration. However, after a few hours of operation, we
recommend take a break (5-10 minutes) and leave the engine running at
idle, to cool the air flow created by the impeller around.
MAINTENANCE
Carburetor adjustment
During normal operation, small changes may occur on the carburetor,
especially when operating conditions have changed several times, after
several hours of operation, or due to changes in temperature or ambient
pressure.
Adjusting the carburetor at high speed
If the carburetor requires adjustment,
follow these steps:
◊ Screw the yellow screw on the carburetor clockwise to the end, but
not with force.
◊ From this position, loosen the screw one and a half turns.
◊ Start the engine and increase the engine speed to full power.
◊ Find the place where the engine is running at maximum speed while
slowly turning the screw on each side, always about 1/8 turn.
◊ When you find the maximum engine speed, loosen the screw 1/4 turn
to increase the injection speed.
Idle speed adjustment
◊ Tighten or loosen the air flap to get about 2500 engine rpm.
◊ This parameter requires a special tool. If you do not have one,
contact an authorized service center.
◊ For correct adjustment, you need to perform this operation when the
engine is warm.
Make sure the cutting device is completely stopped and the engine is not
running.
Maintenance and storage of tools after work
Upon completion of the work, clean the whole brushcutter, remove the
grass and dirt and make sure there are no plants on the cutting device;
place the brushcutter in the original box so that you or other people are not
injured during transportation.
Be careful not to damage the fuel tank when laying the brushcutter. The
brushcutter should not fall on the floor because it may be damaged.
If you do not use the brush cutter for more than 1 month, follow these steps:
◊ Empty the fuel tank completely.
◊ Protect all metal parts from corrosion by applying a thin layer of oil.
◊ Unscrew the plug, pour a couple of drops of oil into the cylinder, pull
the starter 2 to 3 times to get the oil in all places and screw the
plug back.
◊ We recommend starting the engine for a few minutes every 60 days.
◊ Before any use, mix the mixture thoroughly in the fuel tank to mix
the oil with gasoline.
PROBLEMS
Power loss or sudden engine stop
◊ Make sure the fuel tank is not empty.
◊ The fuel mixture didn't reach the carburetor. Clean or replace the fuel
filter in the tank.
◊ Water got into the fuel mixture. Clean the entire fuel distribution
system.
◊ The air filter is dirty. Clean the air filter. Rinse the filter tab with soapy
water. Dry it, cover with oil and place it back into the filter.
◊ Carbon deposits in the cylinder, exhaust pipe or muffler. Clean or
replace the muffler.
◊ It is also necessary check and possible cleaning of the spark plug.
Poor quality of cut
◊ Cutting too high or too dense grass for engine power.
◊ Grass on the cutting edge.
◊ If using a three-fluted knife: the blade is worn or not sharp enough.
Change the knife.

Explanatory notes:
A = guaranteed sound power level of the LWA instrument (according to NV
No. 9/2002 of the Code of laws, Annex No. 3, part B, paragraph 25 and
Czech technical standards ISO 3744)
B = the stated aggregate value of acceleration of vibrations transmitted to
the hand of the operator (according to ČSN Czech technical standard EN
ISO 22867 and Czech technical standard EN ISO 20643)
Since the declared sound pressure level of A at the instrument operator's
workplace exceeds 85 dB, personal noise protection equipment must be
used. Because of exceeding the recommended noise and vibration values,
observe the following guidelines when using the tool:
A. protect hearing with suitable protective equipment in accordance
with Czech technical standards EN 352-1 (ear plugs) or En 352-2
(headphones). Please contact your dealer for these means;
B. stop working with the instrument every 20 minutes, with a minimum
