If your pro.point Inverter's engine isn't starting, first ensure the fuel valve and engine switch are in the ON position. Check the engine oil level and refuel if necessary. If the engine is cold, move the choke to the CLOSED position until warm, then move it to the OPEN position. If the engine is flooded, move the choke to the OPEN/RUN position. If the fuel is bad, drain the fuel tank and carburetor and refuel with fresh gasoline. Inspect the spark plug; gap or replace it if faulty. Clean the spark plug if it's fouled, check the electrode spacing, and ensure the spark lead is installed and the wire is connected. For restricted fuel filter, carburetor malfunction, ignition malfunction, or stuck valves, replace or repair faulty components as needed.
