1. Place the desoldering iron gun in the holder separately. Then connect the
plugtothereceptacleonthestationandturnclockwisetotightentheplug
nut. Check that the power supply is corresponding to the specification on
thetypeplate and the powerswitch is on the “OFF”position.
Connectthe
controlunittothepowersupplyandswitchonthepower.Thenaself‐testis
carried out in which all display elements are switched on briefly. The
electronicsystemthenswitchesonautomaticallytothesettemperatureand
displaysthisvalue.
2. Thedisplayandtemperaturesetting
①. Showstheactualtemperatureofthedesolderingtip.
②. Shows the setting temperature: Pressing the “UP” or “DOWN”
buttoncanswitchthedigitaldisplaytothesetpointdisplay.Theset‐point
canbechangedfor±1℃bytappingthe“UP”or“DOWN”button.Pressing
thebuttonwill
changetheset‐pointquickly.Thedigitaldisplaywillreturn
automatically to the actual value and the iron will reach to the setting
temperaturequickly.
③. ℃/℉ display: Switching the temperature display from ℃ to℉ by
pressing the “ * ”button and then the electronic system will display
the
actualtemperature①andsettingtemperature②in℉,andviceversa.
④. Whentheactualtemperatureonthedesolderingtipislessthanthe
set‐point,“HEATON”willdisplayandmakethedesolderingtipheatingup.
⑤. When the absolute offset is more than ±10℃ between the
actual
temperature and the set‐point on the desoldering tip or the nozzle,
“WAIT” will display. It means that the temperature electronic control
systemisnotinthestablesituation,weshould waitamomenttoletthe
“WAIT”disappear.
⑥. When “‐‐‐‐‐” & “ERROR” display, there may be
a trouble on the
system,orthedesolderingirongunisnotconnectedtothecontrolsystem
