Q-Slot 2 Bike Rack
Assembly Instructions:
1. Align mounting holes of Receiver Shank with holes in Main Support Assembly. Use the supplied 3/8”
carriage bolts and 3/8” Nylon locking nuts to fasten receiver shank to main support. (Fig 1)
2. Rotate side tubes to the horizontal position as illustrated. Lock side tubes in position with bail pins in
lower position as illustrated. (Fig 2)
3. Slide Wheel Cradle assemblies on side tubes as illustrated. (Fig 3)
4. Slide Frame Hook assemblies on center tube as illustrated. (Fig 3)

Bike Rack Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Mount Receiver Shank

Align and fasten the Receiver Shank to the Main Support Assembly using carriage bolts and locking nuts.

Step 2: Position Side Tubes

Rotate side tubes to horizontal and secure with bail pins.

Step 3: Install Wheel Cradles

Slide Wheel Cradle assemblies onto the side tubes.

Step 4: Install Frame Hooks

Slide Frame Hook assemblies onto the center tube.

Hitch Mounting

1-1/4" Hitch Installation

Install anti-rattle pin, flat washer, and clip for a 1-1/4" hitch.

2" Hitch Installation

Install anti-rattle pin, flat washer, receiver adapter, and clip for a 2" hitch.

Bicycle Loading Procedure

Step 1: Load Inner Bicycle

Load the first bicycle, rotate center tube down, adjust cradles, and tighten.

Step 2: Secure Bicycle

Lower Frame Hook assembly over bicycle frame and tighten.

Step 3: Secure Wheels

Loop Wheel Cradle straps over bicycle wheels and secure.

Step 4: Load Second Bicycle

Load the second bicycle, reversing direction to prevent handlebar interference.

Step 5: Handle Inclined Frames

Position frame hook at tube intersection for bicycles with inclined frames.

Rack designed for up to two bikes, max 40 kgs (90 lbs).

Usage Recommendations

Designed for paved roads; avoid rough roads or significant jarring.
