      If the hot air gun on your Pro'sKit Rework station isn’t heating up, there are several potential causes. First, check the connection of the hot air gun plug, ensuring it's properly connected. If the display shows 'S-E', reconnect the plug of the hot air gun. Another possibility is that the calibration parameter has changed, requiring you to calibrate the device again. Finally, the heating element may be broken, in which case you should replace it with the appropriate heating element (5SS-989NE-H for 110V or 5SS-989NB-H for 220V).

      An abnormal airflow level in your Pro'sKit Rework station's hot air gun can be due to a couple of reasons. It might be that the internal pipe is obstructed or loose, causing air leakage; in this case, you should clear the internal pipe and reconnect it tightly. Alternatively, the pump securing screws may not be loosened. You can find these screws on the bottom of the rework station; try loosening them.
