  If you notice excessive foam in the detergent drawer of your Proaction Washer, it's likely due to using too much detergent or using the wrong type. To stop the foam, press the start/pause button. Dilute one tablespoon of softener in half a liter of water and pour it into the detergent drawer. After 5-10 minutes, press the start/pause button again. In future washes, use only detergents specifically produced for full automatic machines and ensure you're using the correct amount.

  If your Proaction Washer doesn't start, several things could be the cause. First, ensure the washer is properly plugged into the socket. Check your fuse to see if it is defective and change it if needed. Verify that there is electric power. Make sure you have pressed the start/pause button. Also, check that the program knob is not in the '0' (off) position, turn it to the desired setting. Finally, confirm that the door is completely shut until you hear a click.
