  If your PRODIS Merchandiser unit won't switch on, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the unit is properly connected to the mains electricity by checking that the power is on at the socket and the cable is correctly plugged in. Next, verify the machine is switched on by pressing the power on/off button. Also, inspect the fuse in the main 13 amp plug and the fuse or circuit breaker at the main distribution board. Check the power cable for any damage; if found, a qualified engineer should replace it. Finally, check for loose connections or a faulty controller, replacing them if necessary.

  If your PRODIS Merchandiser refrigerator isn't getting cold enough, several factors could be responsible. A dirty condenser could be the culprit, so clean it as necessary. Inadequate airflow around the refrigerator can also cause this issue, so ensure a 100 mm ventilation gap is maintained around all sides. Check if the condenser or evaporator fan isn't working due to a loose connection, and replace if necessary. Lastly, high ambient temperatures can affect performance; wait until the ambient temperature drops below 32°C.
