Maintenance
CAUTION:
Do not use any solvents when cleaning the plastic parts. Most plastics are sensitive to
many types of commercial solvents and could become damaged. Use a clean cloth to
remove dirt, dust and oil.
Do not allow brake uid, gasoline, petroleum-based liquids or similar substances to come
into contact with the plastic parts under any circumstances. Chemicals can damage the
plastic, which can lead to accidents.
LUBRICATION:
Under normal circumstances, the ball bearings on this machine have enough lubricant to
last until the end of the machine’s service life.
CLEANING:
1. Disconnect the machine from the power supply.
2. Remove the protective parts and the mitre table.
3. Thoroughly clean each part with the help of a small brush and/or water and, if appli-
cable, remove any stuck fragments of material.
4. Pull out the stopper and let the dirty water drain into a bucket. Be careful not to let
any water splash onto the ground or near to the machine.
5. Rinse the machine thoroughly.
6. Dispose of the dirty water according to the local regulations.
7. Firmly place the stopper back in position.
8. Dry the machine.
