Usage Features:
Before First Use:
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Slide out the basket, place it on a flat surface, and remove the crisping tray.
- Clean both the basket and crisping tray with warm soapy water using a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a slightly dampened cloth.
Operation:
Preheating:
It is recommended to preheat the appliance at 80°C for 5 minutes when it is cold.
- Place the appliance on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Place the crisping tray into the basket.
- Slide the basket back into the appliance until it clicks into place. The appliance will not operate unless the basket is correctly inserted.
- Plug in the appliance. The power indicator light will illuminate red.
- Press the power on/off button to switch on the appliance. The power indicator light will turn white, and the temperature indication will be displayed.
- Repeatedly press the '+' or '-' buttons until the display shows 80°C.
- Press the temperature/timer switch button to start setting the cooking time. The time indication will flash.
- Repeatedly press the '+' or '-' buttons until the display shows 5 MIN.
- Press the start/pause button to begin preheating. Note: The appliance may produce some smoke during its first use, which is normal.
- Once preheating is complete, the appliance will beep several times and switch off.
Air Frying:
- Slide out the basket and place the ingredients onto the crisping tray within the basket. Do not overfill the basket (cooking capacity: 3.7 L), as this may affect the quality of the fried food.
- Slide the basket back into the appliance until it clicks into place.
- Press the power on/off button to switch on the appliance.
- The appliance offers both manual cooking and 8 preset cooking programs. You can select a preset program by pressing its corresponding button. The indicator light for the selected program will flash.
Customizing Temperature and Time:
You can customize the cooking temperature and time at any point during cooking.
- Temperature Adjustment: Press the temperature/timer switch button, and the temperature indication will flash. Use the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the temperature between 80°C and 200°C in 5°C intervals. Hold the button for fast adjustment.
- Time Adjustment: Press the temperature/timer switch button again, and the time indication will flash. Use the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the time between 1 and 60 minutes in 1-minute intervals. Hold the button for fast adjustment.
Cooking Process:
- Press the start/pause button to begin cooking.
- Pause Function: Press the start/pause button to pause the cooking process. Press it again to resume.
- Temperature Control: The appliance will stop heating once the set temperature is reached. It will resume heating if the internal temperature drops below the set value.
- Shaking Food: Some ingredients require shaking or turning halfway through the cooking process for even cooking (e.g., fries, nuggets, steak).
- To shake, remove the basket from the appliance and shake it over a sink. The appliance will automatically pause.
- Slide the basket back into the appliance until it clicks into place. Cooking will automatically resume.
- Completion: When cooking is finished, the appliance will beep several times, stop heating, and the fan will continue to operate for approximately 20 seconds.
Important Notes During Operation:
- If cooking multiple batches of fatty ingredients (e.g., drumsticks, sausages, hamburgers), excess oil or fat may accumulate in the basket. Pour off the oil/fat after each batch.
- Forced Shutdown: To manually switch off the appliance, press and hold the power on/off button until the power indicator light turns red.
- Caution: The basket and its contents are hot during and after cooking. Steam may escape from the basket. Use tongs to remove large or delicate ingredients. Do not touch the external surface of the basket during use or immediately after cooking; always hold it by the handle.
- Overheat Protection: If the appliance overheats, it will stop heating, beep 3 times, and display "E4". Allow it to cool down before using it again.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
Always turn off and unplug the appliance, allowing it to cool completely before cleaning. Clean the appliance after each use to prevent grease buildup and unpleasant odors.
