What to do if my Prolux CORE Scrubber will not turn on?

  If your Prolux Scrubber won't turn on, first ensure it's firmly plugged into the extension cord plug. Then, check the fuse or breaker to confirm there's voltage in the plug. In case of a start capacitor malfunction, allow the unit to cool completely, ensure it's plugged in, and try turning it on again. If the issue persists, contact customer service at service@proluxcleaners.com.

Why is my Prolux CORE Scrubber making rattling noises?

  Rattling or irregular noises in your Prolux Scrubber can be due to a loose handle or body screws. Inspect the buffer handle, and tighten all screws and clamps. Also, check and tighten all screws and clamps located on the body of the buffer.
