  If your PROMARKS Food Saver isn't sealing properly, several factors could be responsible. The sealing wire might be broken or loose, requiring replacement or tightening. The pressure could be insufficient, or the sealing transformer defective, both necessitating replacement. Damaged Teflon tape or silicone rubber also require replacement. If the sealing and cooling times are too short, adjust them to the proper duration. A defective pressure bar or bladder bag also need replacement.

Why PROMARKS TC-420 Food Saver has insufficient vacuum in chamber?

  If your PROMARKS Food Saver chamber isn't reaching sufficient vacuum, it could be due to several reasons: the oil level in the vacuum pump might be low (add oil if needed), the vacuum pump might be rotating in the wrong direction (re-polarize the motor), the lid silicone rubber could be damaged (replace it), or the vacuum valve might not be opening (clean the membrane rubber).
