Attentions (Troubleshooting and Important Information):

Bluetooth Connection Issues:

If Bluetooth cannot be connected (failed to connect/reconnect or slow connection):

  1. Confirm mobile phone compatibility (IOS 9.0 or Android 4.2 or above, with Bluetooth 4.0).
  2. Be aware that signal interference can affect connection time. Ensure connection in an area free of magnetic fields or excessive Bluetooth device interference.
  3. Turn off and then turn on the phone's Bluetooth.
  4. Clear background applications on the phone or restart the phone.
  5. Avoid connecting the phone to other similar products simultaneously.
  6. Ensure the QRunning APP is running in the background; if not, connection cannot be maintained.

Cannot Find the Watch:

If the watch is not found by the mobile phone's Bluetooth radio:

  1. Ensure the watch is powered on and activated.
  2. Confirm it is not connected to other mobile phones.
  3. Place the watch close to the mobile phone and search again.
  4. If still invalid, turn off the mobile phone's Bluetooth for 20 seconds, then restart Bluetooth and search again.

Bluetooth Connection Always On / Data Storage:

  • The Bluetooth connection does not need to be always on. Exercise and sleep data are stored on the wristband.
  • When the watch and phone Bluetooth are successfully connected, data automatically uploads to the phone.
  • The watch's data storage is limited, typically storing about one week of Bluetooth data. When full, the earliest data is overwritten. Users should sync the watch to their phone regularly.
  • For incoming call and SMS reminder functions, Bluetooth must remain connected. Alarm reminders support offline functionality.

Charging Issues:

If the watch cannot be charged:

  1. Confirm the charging stand's direction is correct and the charging clip is in good contact with the watch.
  2. If the watch power is below 3.6V, there will be a precharge period.
  • Note: After plugging in the charger, it immediately enters the charging state. If there is no display, it may take 3-5 minutes to show the charging state.

Health Concerns:

Wearing the watch for a long time is not expected to cause harm to the human body. The equipment's radiation is far below the FCC standard of the United States and is considered negligible.

FCC Compliance:

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. The equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy.
