Troubleshooting
Prospera’s PL021 Personal Massager is a user friendly product. If you follow the
operating manual, this product will last for a long time.
However, if the following situations happen, please take the recommended
troubleshooting procedures:
1. If the soft head of the product becomes loose, stop using it immediately, and report
to the dealer or Prospera.
2. If the powder cord is worn off or the product does not work properly, unplug the
product from the socket. Contact Prospera if it is under warranty.
