PRS-812 Resistance Meter
Two Triangular Arrows Buons, UP () and DOWN (), select Resistance
Measurement Range in single orders of magnitude while in MANUAL or
modes
Manual Selecon of <10, 10 or 100 volts in selects inial test
voltage. Test Voltage & Resistance Limits are as follows:
0.1 to <1.0E+05Ω (0.1Ω - <100KΩ)
1.0E+03 to <1.0E+09Ω (1KΩ - <1GΩ)
2.0E+05 to <2.0E+14Ω (200KΩ - <200TΩ)
Opmal minium measurement in using 100
volts is 2.0E+05.
If is not displayed in the lower le corner of the LCD, pressing
once turns Memory Register ON [ will then be displayed in
LCD]. If is ON and measurement data is stored in memory, pressing
once will provide access to the memory register. Pressing
successively will calculate and sequenally display
Minimum [], Maximum [] and Average [] of data stored in the
Memory Register. If memory is and register contains stored data pressing
will provide the following informaon:
Provides access to data in Memory
XX Flashes in LCD indicang number of data points in the
register and the last measurement is displayed. Pressing DOWN and UP
displays other data points and their respecve posion in the register is
shown in the XX secon of the LCD.
Displays MIN Data Point in Memory
Displays MAX Data Point in Memory
When displayed, [Over Level] indicates a measurement greater
than (>) 2.0x10
14
ohms, which is beyond the measurement capability of the
PRS-812.
Displays of all Memory Data Points
[Over Level] measurements [>2.0x10
14
ohms] are not included in
displayed average () calculaon.
Returns System to normal operaons
If in mode, pressing will return the instrument to normal
measurement operaons.
