If your Protocol Trek 4x4 Motorized Toy Car isn't responding, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, the communication between the controller and the car might not have synchronized properly during setup. To fix this, turn on the car first and place it on level ground. Then, turn on the controller. Another possibility is that the battery power is low in either the car, the controller, or both. Make sure to charge the car and/or replace the batteries in the controller.
