TROUBLESHOOTING
Forgot the code:
Please use the master code. The lock will open
again and a new user can use his new code.
Constant red light and the lock is open:
The low battery alert is active. Please change
the battery. The codes will not change when
you replace the battery.
The lock does not make any noise (public mode):
Please be aware that in the public mode, the
door must be closed before the keypad works.
If you enter the wrong code 3 times, the lock
will start with a delay of 60 seconds. Please try
again after this 60 seconds or use the master
code.
