Vacmobile Style
The Vacmobile style includes as
standard equipment:
2 8" Rear Wheels
2 Hub Caps
2 Casters
2 Washers
1 Wet Pan Adapter
1 Air Filter Assembly
4 Shaft Caps
Remove and carefully set aside
motor head and filter assembly. Tilt
vacuum back to full rest on can
handle. Position caster mount
assemblies on the bottom rim of
can approximately 6 inches apart
from the center line of the intake.
Tighten bracket bolts.
Insert and push casters into caster
mount assemblies. Position rear
wheels on the rear axle assembly
and lock with the hub nuts, using a
rubber hammer.
Replace motor head with filter for
either wet or dry application and
clamp in place.

Vacmobile Style
The Vacmobile style includes as
standard equipment:
2 8" Rear Wheels
2 Casters
2 Hub Caps
1 Air Filter Assembly
1 Wet Pan Adapter
4 Shaft Caps
Remove and carefully set aside
motor head and filter assembly.
Position 8" rear wheels on the rear
axle assembly and secure with 3/8"
hub nuts, using a rubber hammer.
Insert and push casters into the
holes located at the front of the
vacmobile metal frame. Lock the
casters in place with the hub nuts
using a rubber hammer.
Insert and push casters into caster
mount assemblies. Position rear
wheels on the rear axle assembly
and lock with hub nuts, using a rub-
ber hammer.
Replace motor head with filter for
either wet or dry application and
clamp in place.
Compact
Style
This 4-caster style includes as
standard equipment:
1 Tank
1 Air Filter Assembly
1 Wet Pan Adapter
4 Casters
Remove and carefully set aside
motor head and filter assembly
Place can upside down on a bench
or table. Insert and push casters
into caster mounting holes.
Replace motor head with cartridge
filter assembly and clamp in place.
